Don’t let Dreams be Dreams…
A shooting session with a very talented artist – Paula Cheung during the Hong Kong Licensing Exhibition 2015, at Wan Chai Exhibition and Convention Centre last week.
This young lady is the creator and the of the licensing character, Charlotte-Mola, an inspiring new gem in the fashion market.
Paula quited her full time job as a designer for a fashion company 3 years ago in order to pursue her childhood dream as her own brand and product designer. She worked so hard in the past 3 years and developed many products of Charotte-Mola which successfully earned the media’s notice and drew people to admire her creativity. She is truly an inspiring example of how hard work and persistency will indeed help you to fulfill your dreams!

A new page for 2015
Today is a special day to most people as it is the very first day of the year 2015, yet to me it is extra special, because God answered my prayer today!
As I was having my photography and illustration exhibition last summer in JCCAC Hong Hong, I received many compliments and encouragements from my friends regarding my work, I prayed to God that He will further use my gifts to serve Him so that His name will be glorified through me.
In December 2014, the Managing Editor of the Golden Lampstand Publishing Society (HK) Ltd contacted me and after our meeting she decided to invite me to supply my images (both photography and illustration) to be published monthly side by side with their written contents, serving as an a visual description of the relevant passages. To me it is a great honour to work with such a well established Publisher, though it is not an easy task for I need to supply about 8-9 images accordingly each month, some passages are quite abstract…yet I trust that God will provide me strength and wisdom to complete my task!

今天是2015年的第一天，這日子對我來說，除了是一年之始之外，還有一個更特別的意義。
和《金燈臺月刊》合作
因為在今天，有一件對我來說很值得記念的事發生了，這件事印證主垂聽了我的禱告！
2014夏天，我把過去幾年的攝影及插圖作品整理，並在石硤尾創意藝術中心舉行了一個作品展。看到作品一幅幅地在展場陳列，我心中暗暗禱告，希望這些作品能繼續為神所使用，讓更多人能藉著它們欣賞神所創造的世界。就在2014年的12月，《金燈臺月刊》的總編輯聯絡上我，邀請我為月刊的文章配上我的作品，事情就這樣開展了：由2015年1月號開始，將會在《金燈臺月刊》網站所出版文章的內頁，看到我的攝影或插圖作品！
這一期我提供了9幀攝影作品，以配合今期出版的9篇文章。《金燈臺月刊》是歷史悠久的基督教刊物，自1986年由陳終道牧師創刊至今，快踏入三十個年頭了！我有幸能和這刊物合作，心中充滿感恩和喜樂！
每個月要提供一定數量的作品殊不簡單，有些文章的主題更頗為抽象，是個新的挑戰……但深信主會必定會加能賜力，好讓我能繼續事奉和榮耀衪！
